1. Service

Yuanlai provides optional multi-currency recording, reference exchange-rate conversion, base-currency switching, budgets, statistics, and export. It is a personal record-keeping tool, not a payment, currency-exchange, investment, credit, tax, or professional financial service.

2. Rates and amounts

Automatic rates are references and may differ from the final settled amount because of publication times, weekends, connectivity, providers, or financial-institution pricing.

You may correct a record using a manual rate or settled amount. When the base currency changes, the app converts by each entry’s date while retaining the original amount and currency. Verify any rate before making a payment, exchange, investment, or other financial decision.

3. Your data responsibilities

Protect your device and export important records before uninstalling the app, resetting a device, replacing a device, or deleting data.

With the same Apple Account and iCloud available, the system attempts to sync records across devices. Network, iCloud, exchange-rate, and operating-system services cannot be guaranteed to remain uninterrupted.

4. Yuanlai Membership and Lifetime

Annual membership is planned at a CNY 9 China storefront base price and includes a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility and the final local price appear on the App Store purchase sheet. It renews annually after the trial unless cancelled before renewal.

Lifetime is planned at a CNY 19 China storefront base price. It is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and does not renew. Annual and Lifetime include the same in-app features.

Lapsed membership does not delete existing data. Existing entries remain available to view, edit, export, or delete. Subscribe again, buy Lifetime, or restore a valid purchase to re-enable restricted features.

Xcode, Sandbox, and TestFlight purchases are Apple test transactions and do not create real charges. The final App Store confirmation controls live purchases.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, attacks on services, attempts to defeat security mechanisms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

6. Changes

Features and terms may be updated for security, compatibility, compliance, and product improvement. Material changes to the business model or data practices will be disclosed when appropriate.
